Product Information of Product Category Cold-light glass fibre lamps Fiber Light Guides HTT-BlueLine 21.08.2009 If you have enough from the usual problems with fiber-light-guides, as not much light or burned light inputs, then please test our well-tried RFQ-HTT-BlueLine Fiber Light Guides. This product is developed for the
especially high and complicated requirements in hospitals. Cold light sources and instruments of different producers and often Xenon-light sources with high performance are usually used in the hospitals.
The advantage of the RFQ fiber-light-guide is
- The high thermic stress of the Xenon-light in comparison with conventional ones.
- It is possible to connect the fiber light guides to a special adaptor system with very different cold-light-sources and very different instruments.
The RFQ-HTT-fiber-light-guide resists the high temperature of Xenon-light sources, because the optical fibres are fused on the light input side (patented). Conventional fiber-light-guides are only filled
with organic cement on the light input. In result of unavoidable high thermic stress on this place but too the necessary desinfection and sterilization can result the destruction of the fiber-light-guide input.
The RFQ fiber-light-guide does not have this weak point, in the contrary, the fused light input guides 20% more light.
The fiber-light-guides are produced only of sterilized materials. The parts at the light input and output and the adaptors are made of stainless steel.
What are the fibre-light-guides coloured for ?
The matter is very simple and logical as well. As you know different light-guides have to be used by different endoscopes. For employees who work in the OP-room or in the central sterilisation ward it is
rather difficult to identify visually, if a light-guide has a diameter of 2.5, 3.5 or 4.9 mm. Nowadays it is possible to settle this problem visually. It means you define once-in-a time that e.g.
the tube of “thin” light-guides used for arthroscopy or urology will be red-coloured. The tubes of “thick” light-guides for laparoscopy get a green colour. So you always have a right
light-guide for a proper optic. Another Possibility would be to supply each ward of the hospital with an individual colour. E.g. surgical ward can be provided with a red colour, urology ward with a yellow once and endoscopy with a green once.
The different colours are available for both standard and HTT-blueLine light-guides.
As you can see coloured light-guides are not only a gag, but also a practical addition to the current systems of quality assurance.

The company Rein EDV GmbH and the business unit MeDiSol
Rein EDV GmbH was founded 1994 and currently engages approx. 50 employees. The headquarters are in Willich, close to Düsseldorf, and they are supported by two more offices in Spain and Switzerland. Initially focused on the distribution of displays and computer components as well as the manufacturing and distribution of BTO computer systems in 1997 also an own monitor brand EYE-Q was developed.
The MeDiSol department was founded in the year 2000 already to introduce the diagnostic displays of the Japanese manufacturer Totoku in Europe. The digitalization of the puplic health system also demands the development of new PC solutions.
MeDiSol significantly engaged in this by using the experiences of many years to develop own products such as VIEWMEDIC VARIO, DUO or SILENIO. These are panel PCS, viewing stations and display solutions for hygienic sensitive areas such as OR rooms or intensive care units.
Today MeDiSol provides a wide range of display and PC solutions for the different applications in the medical area and is responsible for the main part of Rein EDVs turn over. MeDiSol is your contact for computer hardware. The product range of MeDiSol includes inter alia:
•Diagnostic displays of the Japanese manufacturer TOTOKU with resolutions of up to 15 megapixel, uniformity correction, remote calibration, ISD technology and five years warranty for the i2 models.
•Viewing and endoscopic displays of VIEWMEDIC
•Hygienic impeccable computer and display solutions of VIEWMEDIC for the application in sensitive areas such as OR rooms or intensive care units.
•Accessory products like hygienic keyboards and mice as well as mountings, mobile computer solutions and graphic cards. Software solutions for the quality assurance such as the specially developed software Web-QA.
All VIEWMEDIC OR solutions are developed and manufactures by MeDiSol in Germany. Special focus is attached to the hygienic quality, the longevity of the products as well as the satisfaction of the customer. For the in this area demanded safety inspections MeDiSol entrusts external test laboratories and provides them with the adequate documentation.

Rehabilitationssport ist nicht neu und existiert schon seit über 50 Jahren. Seit 1. Juli 2001 haben die Versicherten hierauf nun einen Rechtsanspruch, die Leistung ist nicht mehr nur eine Ermessensentscheidung der Kostenträger.
Um sicherzustellen, dass Rehabilitationssport nach einheitlichen Grundlagen durchgeführt wird, wurde 2003 die so genannte Rahmenvereinbarung verabschiedet. Dort ist u. a. festgelegt, dass Rehabilitationssport in Gruppen von mindestens 45 Minuten stattfindet, dass der Arzt in der Regel eine Verordnung über 50 Übungseinheiten ausstellt und welche Qualifikation die Übungsleiter/Trainer haben müssen.
Vorrangiges Ziel des Rehabilitationssport ist es, die eigene Verantwortlichkeit des Menschen für seine Gesundheit zu stärken und ihn zum langfristigen, selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Bewegungstraining durch weiteres Sporttreiben in der bisherigen Gruppe auf eigene Kosten zu motivieren.
Als Rehabilitationsleistung unterliegt die Verordnung keinerlei Budgetierung.
