- is an optical 3D measurement device for quality assurance in the micro- and nano range. It provides all functionalities for dimensional measurements, surface analysis and characterization. Geometries with steep flanks, highly reflective properties and strong roughness are measured with a vertical resolution up to 10nm, making the instrument ideal for surface study of both homogeneous and compound materials. 3D Measurements are performed directly in the optical image.

In only one measurement, Real 3D captures the complete structure of a cutting tools´surface. Also, geometries such as relief grinding or the concentricity tolerance of e.g. drills can be measured. Real 3D meets the need for fast and multifunctional measurement tools to perform efficient quality assurance.

Schneidkanten optisch in der Produktion messen
Mit der neuen Version des EdgeMaster präsentiert Alicona eine neue Form der Werkzeugmesstechnik. In der Produktion werden neben kleinsten Radien und Winkel auch die Korbbogenform und Schartigkeit von Wendeschneidplatten automatisch und hochgenau gemessen.
